The QM Quicklap Seam Welder is a resistance welding for joining of cold rolled strip. The QM Quicklap Seam Welder is designed to be used in very demanding applications where very fast, high quality weld is required. The QM Quicklap Seam welders are welding machines with high efficiency energy that can weld materials in less than half a minute, depending on the size of band. The QM Quicklap Seam welders have unique characteristics, such as Automatic discharge of waste, automatic exceptional length adjustable, quick change wheels welding, laser alignment tool for upgrading lower wheel welding and seam annealing board for special applications, which distinguishes them from other welding systems.
MTQ Quicklap Seam welders is intended to be used in applications with higher speed and this preloader is a machine used to align and clamp the end of new roll in the welder while it is working. This saves a lot of time with the cycle of general welding.
The QMM Quicklap Seam Welder is designed for use in Gage heavier applications, up to 3.0 mm thick steel. The QM series welding seams have been designed to be used in the two begin to stop or continuous line operations such as painting, electroplating, plating, leveling, cleaning, inspection, annealing, tinning, and accumulation spool.
The QM series welding seams are designed to join two pieces together by coil resistance welding ends Band overlap slightly. Another type of resistance welding resistance NB Overlap Seam Welder, which is also intended to be used in a welding process quick and high resistance.
