Spotting in early pregnancy - anyone had experience?

I asked a similar question last week but this is driving me nuts!
Late last week I started getting a little spotting - just when wiping. It was a light pink colour. I went to the Doctor who took a HCG test. At that time I was five weeks and four days and the HCG was 28'000 which he seemed happy with. He wants me to test a few days later.
The next day the spotting got a bit darker (a rusty dull brown)and the day after it went lighter again.
Yesterday it was practically gone except for a drop on a panty liner at the end of the day. Today it has started again and I have had two drops on a panty liner - the colour of milky coffee.
My HCG is going to be taken tomorrow to see if it is going up or down - I am so worried as I have had a miscarriage before.
Oh symptoms - no real pain, just niggles now and then and extremely tired! Boobs sore on and off on different days and there are blue veins visable on them. Nausea comes and goes on different days.

hi i had the same thing through mine I'm now 16wks and has stopped my doc sent me for scans but everything was normal don't stress about it!the doc told me that its old blood that no need to stress if its bright red and larger amounts go to hospital but till then its only from stretching stay calm you should me fine!!!good luck!!!
