Nylon Stockings Black
Is it weird to only having stockings on one leg if my other leg is a cast?
i have a broken ankle and sporting a bright white leg cast (toe to knee) right now. If I need to dress business (suits - skirts), would it be weird to have nylons on my good leg and not the casted leg? or should i cut out the lower portion of one leg and only wear the thigh part of the hose on my casted leg? and maybe cover my toes with the toe portion.
and what colour of hose would be best fit my white cast, black skirt .. (i don't want to make my cast too standout)
A few years ago I was in a cast but still had to dress nice for work so I took a pair of pantyhose and cut one leg out and tucked the open end into the top of my cast. I then cut the toe part and tucked it in the bottom of my cast around my toes. It looked like my cast was put on top of my pantyhose. I had several people ask how I got my pantyhose on with my cast and several compliments on how nice it looked that I still wore pantyhose even when I had an excuse not to . I am sure some people would have taken the easy way out but I feel that looking nice is more important than taking the easy way out.
