bra question-how do I eliminate bounce? (serious responses only!)?
Okay...so, I am kind of new to the whole actually needing a bra for support thing-I was a 32a until, perhaps, the past year and a half. I am now a 32c/d (I exercise a lot/eat healthy, so I'm not sure what the deal is). Anyway, I have tried the Victoria's Secret PINK T-shirt bra, but I always end up pairing it with one those camisoles w/ built-in shelf bras. I just find the "bounce" kind of embarassing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
by "pairing it with a cami w/ built-in shelf bra," I mean wearing the T-shirt bra under the cami. I was actually wondering if there were any specific bras that I could purchase that would not require me to do this...I'll definitely look into the full-coverage bras...thanks for the suggestions!
I know what you mean. As a 34DDD, bounce can even be painful! Preventing the bounce can prevent the tearing of ligaments in the breast tissue and keep them perky!
If you're heading toward a "D" you may find a "minimizer" to be more supportive and more flattering in trendy clothing. Unfortunately, the bras I adore (shelf bras and demi-cups) look great, but offer no real support. Make sure you buy the less attractive supportive bras for everyday. Keep the pretty ones for special occasions.
