Recomend Any 500w or above Small sized PSU's which can power 3 PCIE's (one for nvidia 9800 another for WiFi and Another Spare),Intel Quad Core 2 Processor (Q8300), 4GB Ram, Memory Card Reader (Front Bay) DVD/DVDRW (Front Bay) and 8 USB (2.0) ports
If You Need Any More Infomation Please Ask Im New Too All This Hardware Upgrades Ect So Bare With me Please.
will they all run the nvidia 9800 GT card or a ATI Radeon 5750?

you wont find any 500watt psu,s with 3 x pci-express connectors however the higher the rated wattage the more pci-express connectors you tend you get,and then theres the two different types
theres the most common 6pin pci-express connector and then theres the 8pin pci-express connector,some use 6pin and some use a combination of the two however there are not many that use just the 8pin pci-express power connector
anyway down to business,theres a few recommendations i have for you and the first is the "Corsair TX Series 650W ATX2.2 SLI/Crossfire Compliant Power Supply "( http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/500w+%2B/Corsair+TX+Series+650W+ATX2.2+SLI%2FCrossfire+Compliant+Power+Supply+?productId=29099 ) ..this is a awesome psu and has a mammoth amount of connectors,these include 2 x 8pin pci-e connectors however these break down to 6pin so the max configuration you can have is 1 x 6pin and 1 x 8pin connector,or you could have 2 x 8pin or 2 x 6pin
you get a massive 8 x sata connectors which is ideal if your setting up a r.a.i.d array....and theres also 8 x 4pin molex connectors for dvdrw,fans ect...and theres a 8pin motherboard connector aswell as the standard 20+4pin motherboard plug
the second psu i am recommending is the "OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W Modular Silent SLI/Crossfire Ready ATX2.2 Power Supply "( http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/500w+%2B/OCZ+ModXStream+Pro+600W+Modular+Silent+SLI%2FCrossfire+Ready+ATX2.2+Power+Supply+?productId=33612 ) ...this is my personal favourite,and with modular cables this looks the part aswell..
if you dont know modular cables are not hard wired to the power supply unit,so you only connect the cables you require,however the motherboard and 12v cable are hard wired to the unit,but all your molex,sata and pci-express connectors can be attached on demand
power wise this is rated at 600watt and has dual +12v rails with 25A on each rail...and with the nvidia 9800gt only requiring 24A this is a ideal psu for your set up
however you may also heard alot of bad press about budget power supplies and while most of this is true there are some decent budget psu,s and one particular model worth considering is the "Arianet Black 800W "Silent Gaming PSU" ATX Power Supply for AMD and Intel Motherboards 20Pin + 4Pin "( http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/500w+%2B/Arianet+Black+800W+%22Silent+Gaming+PSU%22+ATX+Power+Supply+for+AMD+and+Intel+Motherboards+20Pin+%2B+4Pin+?productId=35821 )
rated at a massive 800watts this is a mighty psu..and it has 4 x +12v rails with a total of 52A on the four rails,,,and with a decent array of connections for a budget psu including 1 x 8pin and 2 x6pin pci-express connectors and 6 x sata connectors and you have a excelllent budget psu that represents excellent value
