Purple Tights Stockings
Any ideas on how to make a school uniform more unique and fun?
I have a sort of, for lack of a better term, "rebellious" sort of style. But now that I'm moving to a new school, I found out we have school uniforms. Pretty easy-going, though, we get 3 white button down shirts, 2 black pleated skirts, and we can also buy green or yellow pleated skirts after school starts (because the school colours are gold and green). were allowed to have our own accessories, makeup, and stockings/tights that we want, as well as tennis-shoes or flats (no heel) as long as the stuff we bring ourselves aren't innappropriate or too flashy or whatever. we're not allowed to have unnatural coloured hair, though, so i had to get rid of my purple-streaks idea. oh, well. haha. so any ideas what i can do? (btw, we are in dorms, if that matters, though i don't see why it would. hahah)
layer a cute bright colors tank top under your uniform shirt. its a great pop of color! also, hair accesories are key!! make your hair super cute everyday, like straighten it, curl it, scrunch it, crimp it, waves, etc. a cute headband or a flower clip in your hair will brighten up your whole look and frames or face! you can make them yourself too. get a hairclip, flower and hot glue it on! so easy. wear some really cute, but comfy flats!! when its cold, where some really cute colors tights (probably not neon cuz its distracting) but maybe a deep purple or something. bracelets and bangles are always fun and hoop statement earrings too! for makeup, do nice bright, but settle colors. it brightens up your complexion. for example, wear a little teal eye liner either on your lid or your waterline, a little mascara, some nice peach pink blush, and a little pink lip gloss. or if you want to go a little more pastel, swipe some pink or lavender eye shadow on that complements your skintone, some mascara blush and lip gloss! hope this helps and i hope you find some fun accessories to wear with your uniform!
