Is this discrimination?
I'm in high school and where I live it's very hot. So everyone at school is wearing shorts, mini skirts and tanks to school. I wore a mini shirt with some tights and with a tank top. And the teachers and principles are always making a big deal abotu my appearance they are always saying that what i have on is inapportaite and I show too much because my figure. I'm top heavy and bottom heavy and I have an hourglass shape and they said that what I was wearing to school was "too sexy" But the other girls were wearing the same things mini skrits and tube tops. The thign that bothers me is that all the flatchested and flat butted girls get away with wearing anything at school. This girl even came to school showing her middrift and no one said a thing to her. I think that if you're trying to enforce a dress code it should be universal and it shouldn't apply to only certain people just because they are more voluptous.Is this size discrimination?
yeah I would think so, if one person can't wear it, then everyone shouldn't be allowed to wear it, it wouldn't be fair if you can't wear a certain item of clothing but everyone else can. I think that they are wrong for discriminating you because of your size.
