Sheer Garter Belt
Girls Have any you you ever worn a garter belt with 8 straps?
I got one as a gift this week, and it was a real trip. Instead of the usual 4 garter straps it had 8 really short ones. I wore it with some long ultra-sheer stockings, and it really held them up and kept the seams straight. Thr guy who bought it for me said they come with up to 12 straps. Has anyone ever tried one like that? It was very smooth satin, and fit like a glove. No bumps under my skirt like the fancy ones.
Yes, and I love them. My everyday garter belts all have 6 straps, but I do have an 8 strap I wear with seamed stockings. You are absolutely right, the extra straps keep the seams twisting.
The only 4 strap garter belts I wear now are the matching ones that come with a bra/tong, garter set, and they work better with stockings with a stretch to them.
The ones with more straps work really good with the RHT and Full Fashioned stockings with no stretch to them.
