Do you think TV has gotten too carried away with half naked women on commercials and shows, alike?
When I was younger ( and not MUCH younger, mind you ) TV was a place where if you saw a girl in a bikini, it was for a suntan lotion ad. Nowadays, if you see a girl in a bikini, she could be advertising for a bread company. I think its getting absurd when you don't even know what is being advertised, anymore. I think its insulting to men everywhere, because the advertisers aren't looking at the intellectual side of men, just their sexual sides.
nonesense, sex sells, and when it comes to advertising it is never about informing the public, it is about getting your attention and making you remember the ad. Hot half naked women is no more ridiculous in doing that than having athletes telling you that their credit card/or office supply is the best when they are not hardly an authority on it.
