Silks Control Top
Anyone ever worn a corset?
I got a beautiful silk dress for a Christmas party. I want to smooth out my body underneath (belly and hips). Control top stuff works fine but it's not pretty and I don't want my boyfriend to see giant control top undies underneath. I was thinking of getting a silk corset from Frederick's of Hollywood.
Has anyone ever tried one? What do you think? Was it worth it?
Its expensive if you get a really good one, and honestly ,if you dont get a good one, you shouldnt get one at all. You want to make sure its snug enough to hold you in a good posture to give you the lift or flattening you seek. You also may want to practice using one for a while, like wearing it until you are comfortable in one. It takes alot of getting use to, cause its not for everybody. It can be restricting and pinching, and can cause health hazards, like obstructing your breathing or immobilizing yourself to one certain degree for long periods of time. They are wonderful if you get used to them though.
