what would you wear with this dress?

it's super short and I'm wearing it to a graduation so I dont want to look too short.
only difference between my dress and the picture is that mine is black on the bottom, not brownish.
so short black leggings?
full length black leggings (almost like skinny jeans but leggings)?
or those sheer, kinda see through tights? (nylons or pantyhose or whatever you call them)
I'm leaning towards the tights because short leggings look childish and long leggings don't match the dress well.
opinions?
i'd go for tights/nylons, they're a little formal but not over-dressy, plus black leggings will make the outfit look too.. dark on the bottom half, i guess, and unbalanced. leave the leg area open with a lighter color tight.
